El estado inusual es un estado integrado automáticamente destinado a representar cuando un sensor supera los límites del uso promedio habitual, en función de un marco de tiempo específico.
Detalles
Para desactivar el estado inusual para un dispositivo específico debe realizar los siguientes pasos:
- Ingrese a la consola de PRTG.
- Seleccione el dispositivo específico para aplicar el cambio.
- Dirigirse a la pestaña de Configuración del dispositivo.
- En la configuración mostrada, ir hasta la sección de Análisis de red avanzado (al final de la página, desactive la herencia.
- Seleccione Desactivar en la opción de Detección de eventos inusuales.
- Por último guarde los cambios.
Con ello, el estado inusual no se va a presentar en los sensores que contenga el dispositivo configurado. Actualmente las únicas formas de desactivar el estado es por dispositivo o en todo el sistema del PRTG.
