Para solucionar problemas de WMI (Windows Management Instrumentation), pruebe la conexión con el WMI Tester, disponible en https://www.paessler.com/tools/wmitester
Por tanto, para probar la conectividad y disponibilidad de los contadores WMI deseados, ya sea para pruebas locales o remotas, inicie WMI Tester y proporcione los siguientes datos de configuración:
- Nombre del equipo de destino/dirección IP
- Dominio: el dominio de Windows que contiene la computadora que desea probar, o el nombre de la computadora si no se ejecuta dentro de un dominio.
- Usuario: el nombre de un usuario con credenciales de inicio de sesión para la máquina de destino.
- Contraseña: la contraseña del usuario.
- Prefijo de dominio: por lo general, se puede dejar como NTLMDOMAIN:
- Espacio de nombres: la mayoría de los contadores WMI se encuentran en root\cimv2, pero aquí puede ingresar un espacio de nombres diferente si surge la necesidad.
- Consulta: elija entre seis conjuntos de consultas predefinidos (SO, proceso, espacio en disco, memoria, carga del procesador, adaptador de red) o ingrese su propia consulta (en WQL).
- Después de definir estos ajustes, haga clic en el botón Test. Después de un tiempo, verá una tabla de resultados o, en caso de que algo salga mal o el servicio WMI no esté disponible, un mensaje de error.
Así mismo, WMI Tester reenviará la consulta definida utilizando las credenciales proporcionadas para escanear contra el contador en caso de que sea necesario. Si se devuelve un conjunto de resultados, el servicio WMI y las credenciales proporcionadas para la máquina de destino funcionan correctamente.
Nota: Debe ejecutar WMI Tester en la misma computadora donde está instalada la sonda PRTG correspondiente.
