Resumen
El presente artículo detalla sobre la administración de derechos de acceso, con lo cual se puede definir qué usuario en qué grupo de usuarios puede acceder a qué objetos en su instalación de PRTG y puede administrar todos los derechos de acceso de los usuarios y los derechos de acceso de los grupos.
Detalle
Cada usuario tiene derechos de acceso específicos. Del mismo modo, hay administradores que son miembros del grupo de usuarios con derechos administrativos, usuarios de lectura/escritura y usuarios de solo lectura, por ende se puede definir el tipo de usuario (usuario de solo lectura o usuario de lectura/escritura) en la configuración de la cuenta de usuario. Configuración –> Administración de sistema–> Cuentas de usuario.
Derechos de acceso de usuario:
Usuarios de solo lectura
- Siempre tienen acceso de solo lectura, independientemente de los derechos de acceso que defina para los grupos de usuarios de los que son miembros.
- Nunca puede ver o usar el sistema de tiquetes.
- Pueden reconocer alarmas y cambiar su propia contraseña en la configuración de su cuenta de usuario, si un administrador les permite.
- No pueden ser miembros de grupos de usuarios con derechos administrativos.
Usuarios de lectura/escritura
- Pueden usar el sistema de tickets si el grupo de usuarios del que son miembros tiene acceso al sistema de tickets.
- Puede reconocer alarmas.
- Puede cambiar su propia contraseña.
- Pueden tener acceso completo a objetos del árbol de dispositivos, bibliotecas, mapas e informes, si el grupo de usuarios al que pertenecen tiene acceso completo al objeto respectivo.
- Siempre tienen derechos administrativos si son miembros de un grupo con derechos administrativos.
Administradores
- Son miembros de grupos con derechos administrativos.
- No tienen restricciones de acceso en absoluto.
- Además, pueden administrar cuentas de usuario, grupos de usuarios y configuraciones de clúster.
- Puede cambiar la configuración de monitoreo de PRTG.
Derechos de acceso de grupo:
Así mismo, los derechos de acceso de grupo se aplican a los objetos del árbol de dispositivos y las bibliotecas, mapas e informes.
Sin acceso: Los miembros del grupo de usuarios no pueden ver ni acceder al objeto. Tampoco pueden ver ni acceder a registros, tickets o alarmas del objeto.
Acceso de lectura: Los miembros del grupo de usuarios solo pueden ver el objeto y su configuración.
Acceso de escritura: Los miembros del grupo de usuarios pueden ver el objeto y editar su configuración. Además, pueden agregar y eliminar objetos, reconocer alarmas, editar plantillas de notificación, contactos de notificación y programaciones.
Acceso completo: Los miembros del grupo de usuarios pueden ver el objeto y editar su configuración. También pueden agregar y eliminar objetos, reconocer alarmas, editar plantillas de notificación, contactos de notificación y programaciones. Además, pueden editar los derechos de acceso de grupo para los objetos.
