Resumen
El presente artículo detalla sobre los pasos a seguir para poder desinstalar Bitdefender en el celular (Android), para ello debe hacerlo tanto desde el dispositivo como desde la consola de Bitdefender Gravityzone.
Detalle
1. Debe ingresar a la consola de Bitdefender Gravityzone on-premise y dirigirte a la sección Red que se encuentra al lado izquierdo.
2. Posteriormente, debe seleccionar Dispositivos móviles.
3. Luego debe dar click en Filtrosen la parte superior de red y escoja Dispositivos en la categoría Ver. Así mismo, dar click en Guardar.
4. Seguidamente, elegir la opción que desee al lado izquierdo en el panel.
5. Debe, seleccionar la casilla de verificación del dispositivo móvil que desea eliminar.
6. Dar click Eliminar, la cual se encuentra en la parte superior de la tabla.
7. Así mismo, debe desinstalar el software del dispositivo móvil. Por ende, para desinstalar Bitdefender de un dispositivo Android debe ir a: Seguridad > Administradores de dispositivos.
8. Anular la selección de la casilla de verificación GravityZone. Y luego aparece una ventana de confirmación.
9. Debe presionar Desactivar. Del mismo modo, desinstale GravityZone Mobile Client como cualquier otra aplicación.
